so then since i decided i was going to come back to auz ive being browsing ebay slowly trying to decide what i wanted it went brat/brumby/mighty boy/121
and then i did look at importing a skyline as i have saved enough cash.
so in the end the cheapest is the 121 or festiva so i decided i would get one

then i looked at making one as a project as some people know i have posted in the turbo forum

well i set about reading and doing research to it and the most common is 1.8 bp with people even selling mounts and stuff on the net for the engine, for me no problem saves me alot of time lol......

one thing there is a lack of is bodykits and information like car blueprints and stuff like that.

Does anyone have some? i like to sketch what i want my car to look like first but problem is im not the best drawer and always like to start the safe way and get the body right lol

other then that be nice to know what spaces the car has what it takes bla bla bla

    last question promise!

when it comes to this cars handling and stuff is it better to keep the 13 inch wheels or getting 14's and not dropping it just stiffer suspension would be ok???

and is there any rear disc conversions out there i haven't seen one, unless this is what the aspire brake swap is???

is there much that can be done to a 1.3 engine in these? without making the car a ricer eg NO CANNON BACKBOX, thinking like carby swaps....

hope to buy mu festiva 121 soon and get cracking on pulling it appart!

    thanks all

No one is making mounts, unless its going with the car it came from. All the mounts are slightly different due to many factors.

Try festivamotorsport.com or maybe you can find something from ATH over there...

Depends on the tire mounted to the wheel. Also you might have a better selection of tires, as opposed to up here where they seem to be phasing out the 12's & 13's

There have been a few people who have done this. Its from a escort gt(Ford laser w/BP yrs 90-95'ish)
The aspire brake swap is your guy's festiva from 1994-1997<-or whenever they stopped that body style. Its a significant inprovement in brakeing plus there is an intigrated sway bar in the beam.
