  • Fms stress

I have talked to Roger a lot lately and he is pretty stressed out.
For one reason or another he is bombarded with phone calls at 3pm Eastern time.

If you need something from them they open at 10am Eastern and close at 6pm Eastern.

This is just a note to help relieve them of some stress because they are pretty much
the best thing we have going for us as far as Festiva parts are concerned.

Once again, Please try not to call around 3 pm.

    Thanks
    Steve GT

Thats not cool for any of us on the west coast that have a full time job.
The only time we have to make any calls would be during lunch time, breaks aren't long enough usually.

Don't say that! I don't think thats the intent at all.

I never call them anymore when you can order off of ebay when the right listing comes up.

That is not what he said. He said TRY not to call at 3. If the only time you can call is right at 3, Roger will understand. The point of the topic was to let people know there are other times they can call other than 3 in the afternoon. And whoever mentioned email, don't bother with email. Roger is notorious for not getting back by email. Phone or ebay is the best way.

Did he ever sell his molds? I assume they will not be producing fiberglass parts anymore.

Do not speculate about anything regarding FMS in this thread... If you want to check parts or availability, please call Roger.

Ok, I was just seeing if anyone knew, so I wouldn't have to give him a stressful phone call. :tongue4:

All I'm saying is that... Roger is available to answer the phone and get you the answers you need. The post above about the molds does nothing but get people asking more questions and speculate about what's going on with FMS.

FordFestiva.com and FMS have a good relationship now... We want that to continue.

I have called many times asking for the lower hatch spoiler. Each time I was told to check back in a couple weeks. It's been a year and a half of checking back in two weeks. When is it two weeks? I want parts, not the bum's rush.
