i noticed while researching that the mazda Mx3 has a b6 sohc/dohc engine in it (depending on model). This is the same engines out of a 323 or mecury capri, correct? If so i think i may have found my engine.

Also, i will be going from carbed to efi, Will i need to get the wiring harness and computer from the mx3, or harness from an efi festiva and just the computer from the mx3?

If you use the SOHC B6 from the mx-3, use the festiva EFI harness or the MX-3 harness. If you get the DOHC from the mx-3, you have to use the mx-3 harness. Also use the computer that corresponds to the engine you are using.

The SOHC motor out of the MX-3 is a 16 valve motor, which is similar to the later california model 323.
