88-89, all carbed
90-93, all EFI-Josh R -
90, all festivas were EFI that year. before that only the autos were EFI.Trees aren't kind to me...
currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

Wasn't there a 90' LX that was carb'ed? I could be wrong, but I know that the 90'LX had a lot of weird attributes.89' Maroon and black Festiva LX with a sunroof. :alien:Comment

Ok,
Well now that throws a wrinkle into it. The reason I asked this question was .. I have been searching for a new body to put my 88 lx's motor/tranny into "cancer" . I put the word out to locals and I got a call from a guy telling me he has 3 festivas to sell 1 carbed 2 injected the oldest 1 being a 1990. Guy seemed a bit flakey to me and was sketchy about the details. I got the impression he was blowing smoke, especially since in my searching I'd never seen a carbed newer than 89. I guess maybe I'll round up a buddy and go check them out.

before 90=carb after 90=Fuel injected the 89, auto is the exception to the rule its fuel injected also.
It's a good thing you don't read the stickies, you might of learned something.
