    YES, little festiva pass emissions this time with room to spare. Thanks to the guys that helped me, especially FB-71, thank you. So now it won't be a parts car. I'm going to start fixing it up.

              thanks guys. They allowed 1.5 and it came in at .0995. Anyone want to buy a used catalytic convertor and 02 sensor, cheap.

                    Don't throw that cat away...it's gold! Somebody in your area buys them for the platinum them. If nothing else, hang onto it until metal prices go up again. Better return than a savings account guaranteed!

                      cool, i will mount it on the garage wall and put frame around it till i sell it.. I'll even frame the o2 sensor too.

                        Ha, walked over to the license place, grabbed my number, gave the lady emissions pass test, insurance card, registration, 40.00 bucks and got myyyyy platessssssss. Even bought two new front tires, 28.00 each at Discount tire. Im ready now.
