  • inerchangeable parts for mods from other vehicles?

I was wondering if there was a list of parts you can use from other cars for festiva mods. for example, someone listed clear signals from ebay in the for sale area and they are for a mazda truck. Are there anymore pars like that from other cars (323, aspire, escort, tracer,.....) that are bolt on mods. I know everyone here has worked hard to find these things for themselves and maybe haveing a list would be like cheating for us newbies, were we are biting off of others hard work and creativity. I just know that with all the cool mods there are mistakes that were made to get there and that the alumni can help the newbies (like me) just get there alittle faster. thanks for all your help so far this is the best forum Ive ever been a part of

If you don't already know about the aspire brake swap, http://www.clubprotege.com/wil/howto/aspirebrakes.htm
I have a '95 Protege, I'm trying to figure out if anything is useable from it. I'm guessing not, but you never know. If you search, there is a lot of info on various seat swaps also.

Yeah I think this is a good idea I mean I love looking over the forums but having a post just for the parts that swap would be cool.

Dude there are so many parts from different Mazdas you can swap over to a Festiva with not alot of work. All you gotta do is use the search function and you'll find almost everything you want or need to know.

Still, having a LONG list of interchangeable parts would be sweet. Pretty sure y'alls combined knowledge would cover about everything. Count me out--I'm just an ignorant bystander.

                  There is this thread.
Discuss enhancing your Festiva or Aspire interior and exterior (including custom paint, bodywork, seats, etc)

But nothing has been really combined to give a good comprehensive list of what will fit with little or no mods being done.

Maybe someone could just compile one good list and sticky it somewhere? It would save a lot of unnecessary questions and searching.

a lot of new people don't read the stickies as it is, so i can't see it saving unnecessary questions, i mean just look at all the wheel questions
