it's ran by people... you send the site a text message or e-mail and a random person looks it up.. my gf did it for a wile they pay like 10 cents every answer.. tho she wouldn't get anything festiva wrong cause she would of came to me for that...

I used to work for ChaCha it was pretty fun. But yeah it's kind of hard because they are always timing you which is part of the reason answers are often wrong. Also they use a special search engine. If you have simple questions it's great but for specific stuff it's often wrong. It is free though!
