got a 87 mazda b2000. yea! i think it will be nice. i plan on a 4.3 chevy v6 and automatic. slightly lowered, and lots of interior upgrades and niceties. (festy has no ac) if i get her running good then i can retire the festy as a daily driver and make her a track only or really nice street car. Its really hard to do a big mod when you need to drive it to work the next day. oh ill post up pics of the new lawn ornament tomorrow.

Yes, everything I do to my festiva, I have to make sure I can put it back together that night, cuz i dont know if i'll need it the next day!

I want to see if I can mess with the funtop, but who knows how long that might take...

you should do an FE3 swap! you can use an F2T crank and make it a 2.3L stroker and they rev to the sky!

i kinda want something with some omph. i see... it pulling a small trailor with the festy on it.... The trailer has matching wheels to the truck... a dense fog is lurking everywhere i drive it... (fade back from dream sequence)

why chev power in it? go with a 351, plenty of guys on The Ranger station have done it, its not that terribly hard

i can get the blazer for an afternoons worth of work. put a t-belt and water pump on a 95 kia spectra get the blazer for free

i kinda like the build process. for me it is just good clean fun. i really like opening the hood and people go "how did you do that?"

like today i had to get my festy inspected, the guy came back from the brake test drive with this big grin. that is what it is all about
