  • I made the Harley guys angry

I took my son to a motorcycle swap meet today at the fairgrounds here in town. While walking around a Royal Enfield motorcycle rode by and a guy near me says to his cohorts "I wouldn't ride one, hell even a Festiva is better than that pile of crap" So without thinking I turn to him and said "you should check out FordFestiva.com, They're great guys and you'll be able to find one for sale there!" All three just stared at me like I was retarded. Well, I tried to spread the word!

I know! But if you look at the new Enfields they look just like the old ones with a few ignition/fuel updates. $5500 new and you get a warranty!

They weren't REAL Harley guys. If they were they would have said nothing to you. They were doctors and businessmen enjoying " Dress-up Day ". Real Harley guys don't say much, and respect the old bikes no matter what they are.

Or, you could have told them that this is the only thing you would drive that is powered by Harley Davidson:

No, they were real Harley guys! I've never seen a doctor with tattoo's on his neck (especially what this guys' said). They didn't say a word to me, just looked at me like they wanted to kill me. I'm 6 foot, 250 lbs and I felt uncomfortable enough to just walk away......
