      Im calling that a winner, they are the same. Mine came from a different place. If you look down in the slot on the E-Brake cover you can see where mine came from. They come up through the floor the inside seat belt buckle and the seat bracket bolts to it. I striped the threads on mine a long ago ( had forgotten about it ) and had to beat them out and use a nut and bolt through the floor today.

              You're not stumped. You're correct! Inside the power mirror assemblies are 2 boots.

                  Bolts onto the same stud as the e brake lever. Hold the plastic screw clip thingy for the ebrake cover.
