  • Possibility of festiva auction on here..?

    What if we had auction style sales in the FS/WTB section.Say you list an item for 1,3,5,days.Highest bidder wins.Think it would work ?

      Up to the site overlords if they want to permit this. I don't think there would be any ID privacy, for those that care. Of course, the ones who care about privacy could simply not vote, leaving this as an option for everyone else.

            hey now, don't upset the admins, they keep this place sane for the rest of us.

            i'd have to agree with noname, it would get messy do have an auction section. the only time i've ever seen it done here was when the proceeds went to the site, which benifits all.
            Trees aren't kind to me...

            currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
            94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

              Yes, but we're more of a swap meet type of sale. You see something you want then trade something you have or pay the man.

                I`ve seen auction style sales happen on this board a few times, and i am guilty of it myself once

                  i agree with david88 about stuff being too high........these are cheap cars.....parts should be cheap too.
