do you know how many people would probably give up and just leave there car, i mean how many times have you gotten frustrated and had to walk away from your car for a few days?

There was a place like this in Pittsburgh many years ago, it closed for lack of business. Still, if done right it could work.
If it has boobs or wheels, sooner or later you're going to have trouble with it.

Push it to the side, and if left long enough, charge storage fees, and part it out lol. But i think this is more for smaller. less frustrating stuff, like oil changes, brakes and maybe suspension work, definitely not for engine swaps...

Here is one in Canada. http://www.rentabay.com/

They are around there just aren't too many of them. Military bases have them and they call them Auto Hobby Shops.

They did that on the army base I was stationed at in Germany. Free use of the garage but you needed your own tools. They had some equipment there for use like jacks and jack stands.

It would be nice just for the lift. My fat butt doesn't fit under my car very well even up on jackstands. I want to wire wheel the underside and coat it.

I'm sure the tools are signed out in your name and you have to leave your DL. But from the looks of the tools you can pull motors and everything there. We did that on campus at my college, they had the one shop where you could work on your car - they had a limit of 1 week that the car could be in there though.
