      nope did not work....here are my options to save tiff(.tif.tiff),radience(.hdr) ,portable bitmap(.pbm),open exr(.exr),and large document format(.psb)....maybe ill try the pbm

        IIRC .pbm is going to destroy the image quality. You can't manually type in .png/.jpg while trying to save?

        I'm not super familiar with CS4, but I don't suppose it's that different from CS3... or is it?

          only difference form cs3 to cs4 is more user friendly and you can work with 3d models

            So, I couldn't open the file because it's 32bit, but I figured out your problem.

            Convert the image to RGB, then try to save it. .tif is a RGBa file type, which in making the HDR mask, you converted to. GOGOGO!

              ahhhhhh i got it....it was rgb color format.....the problem was the 32bit....i had to drop it to 16 or 8 bit....now all the options are there....ty for talking me thru it....we really need a ps section...lol

                I wouldn't mind helping anyone out with PS or any other GNU image manipulator. I'm pretty good at this stuff. Let me get the other rim on and slam this car and I'll show you what I'm working on. It still needs some serious blending, but it'll be sweet when I'm done.
