OK, but it's another reason for cops to stop me, so back on it goes.

Tried to do a double-quote but as you can see it didn't work. How do you do it?

Never mind. :-)

i always quote one person, then copy the quote, go back to the thread and quote the second person, and paste the first quote in with the second quote

1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

You missed the end quote part... It would've been
where you just had
I'd like to see a small led brake light somewhere vs the stock piece... Just never got around to it!

I think I'm done buying Festivas..for a while ;-)

I'm planning on selling Red (1.6 DOHC Capri XR2 motor, 5-speed) as soon as I figure out the wiring issue. Not gonna try to sell a car that needs towing.

That'll leave me with:
Blue (stock EFI motor, 5-speed, various little upgrades)
Casper (omigawd--crazy fun)
white parts car, which I will probably keep for whatever's left, after scavenging it for Casper: body panels, good glass, lotsa little parts. In that case I'd sell the motor (long block only) and A/C.

I'll do an MPG run with Casper eventually, just out of curiosity. What's the best mileage you can get out of a car that will do 140 or better?

Thank you for asking; this is post #400. It's a Festiva 5-speed. If I have Greg do the rear-turbo thing to this car (estimated HP = 240 :-) :-) :-) ), I'll have to upgrade to an F-trans. Or maybe a G.

Actually this motor is probably too high-compression to turbo...can this be compensated for with race gas, less ignition timing, etc.? IDK much about turboing.
