You can see the paint code on the inner door pillar of the body I think. The driver door body where door meets, isn't it guys ?
I think they are usually 2 digits above the paint code wording. It is on a decal info patch put on the car when built.
    Like Y9 ...or A8
some kind of combo of 2 digits. My Ford dealer parts guy helped me come up with the Oxford White name for 2 Festiva cars we have.
Maybe another member can explain it to you better.

Paint that's got 20+ years of exposure to the elements probably won't look the same as fresh factory color. I'd take the car, or a paint chip, to a body shop and have them custom match it.

Man it took me like 2 seconds all I typed in was Festiva paint codes. And BAM the first site that came up I clicked on. Once there I entered 89 Ford Festiva and it gave me the page I linked to.
Some people may think Im a richard or an ....... for some of my responses. But when I can find stuff that quickly I gotta wonder how much effort was really put into the search.
