I'm new and this is my first post I wanna get a festiva. And I was wondering what was the top line, trim of the festiva and what's a reasonable price to buy one at I already have a 04' cavalier that gets decent mpg but it's more of a work in progress and I want something I can drive when my cavy is out and it gets crazy good gas mileage

Top of the line were LX, later called GL. Middle of the line were L+, bottom were L. Lots of people get the L model and upgrade it in various ways, though. Price depends on condition and how much you want it.
