It probably is one of the original "kei" class Japanese vehicles. Strange that it is left hand drive. I think "kei" class started out as maximum 360cc engine. Now up to 660cc or something like that. Used right hand drive ones are imported as mini off road trucks. It sort of looks like it''s got a knockoff of a jeep grill. check out http://www.japanoid.com/ in Canada.Comment

Its an early 70s suzuki LJ10 or LJ20 with a 2 stroke motor in it.
