Yeah dude. I measured it and I got 0.67".
Seriously, it looks to be around the 12"-13" range.
Take it back to the back porch, join the 3 string revolution.

Those look like early Neon mags or wheel covers. Are early Neons four bolt hubs? I can't recall.

Those are actual wheels not steelies with hubcaps but like everyone thinks, I would bet 13"ers as well.. -Kyle
