here in MN, RIGID hitch still makes (or stocks) them for a festiva in their Burnsville HQ.

Marinepolice03, that unit just attaches to the bumper.
Not as good a mounting point.
And for those in the rust belt you can pretty much be sure the steel under the bumper cover is rusted pretty badly and may not hold much, if anything.'93 Blue 5spd 230K(down for clutch and overall maintanence)

Folks, I emailed Rigid in MO and asked about their Class II Festiva hitches. They got back to me this morning and said they no longer carried them.
