    Yep, sorry.. it's this weekend... just loaded up 110 gallons (700 pounds plus) of fuel for the car... plus every tool in my darned garage!

        Go through the tech list and double check everything. You might get hassled for things not on the list, but they won't keep you from racing. Judging by the cleanliness of that cage install I'd say you've built race cars before, so you're probably good to go. Their tech is mostly to weed out the people who don't know what they're doing, you have to do something really boneheaded to make them stop you from racing. One team had their exhaust ending 2" from the fuel tank, which caught the tank on fire. Another team had their cage welded in with the main hoops attached to horizontal bars like your seat mount instead of plates on the floor.

        You've got to be pretty glaring in breaking the rules to get a BS penalty. Unless you've got a full race engine or something I wouldn't worry. The only rules they are hard-nosed on are safety related, everything else you can talk or bribe your way though.

        Spend some time wandering the pits, it's easily half the fun.
