cutting grill

Some on the forum have used DEER!! LOL

I've tried that. They are highly effective, but not very accurate.

Getting ready to swap my new grill on, and then I'll be cutting the old one. I figure on using a dremel for mine.

I actually had better luck cutting it with the serrated ball type attachment on my "dremel" than the cutting disk. Just thought I would add this in.

I find I use this one a lot as well depends on the areas im cutting and the precision needed

Anyone able to get me a good picture of what needs to be cut? My car's going in for paint real soon and I'd like to do the cutting... before I do the painting lol

The red line is where I cut.. apperently it's not where other people cut... but for all intensive purposes... It's where I cut!


Didn't turn out as bad as I thought it would.. for using a diamond cut-off wheel (my dremel is screwed up.. the locking mechanism is broken so I can't change bits!) and a bit of sand paper!

Hoping to go over that with some Fiberglass or epoxy to make it stronger... but the hot glue is holding fine for now lol

Im just now getting into these festy's. The stuff you guys do to make them personalized is pretty cool. Im prolly goin to leave mine like it is, but then again I can never leave anything alone
