I found a plastic molded key in the glove box of my new Festiva. Is this a thing from the factory, or did some one have one made up? It only opens the doors

In the 90's we had Clinton in office. We also had Bob Hope and Johnny Cash. Now we have Obama in office and we have no Hope and no Cash.
