    I just got done loading the B8 into the car. Shes packed and ready for travel - and of course you can't travel with-out tunes so the cargo shelf is back in with the speakers hooked up. In was easy with the forklift - out will be more labor intensive with out the lift.

        sweet, i though the b8 had a stamped steal oil pan and the bp got the aluminum one... or am i crazy???

            it only takes like 3 guys to lift a bp, i cant imagine the b8 beaing any heavier

              Your crazy, all b8/bp's have aluminum oil pans.

                Wrong not all BP's had AL pans. Some had stamped steel ones. Later Mazda, & kia ones mainly. Dont know about the B8 but seeing as they are the same block the BP pan might fit?

                  My cousin and I loaded a 580 lb mercedes inline 5 cyl turbo diesel in and out of one of my festivas.

                    the motor isnt really that heavy - Me and a buddy took it out but I could have gotten it out myself because I wound up moving it around the shed by myself.
