        Great story. Just goes to show no matter how hard you try, or how many years you can go without, the addiction is permanent.

        Only thing that would have made that story better would have been if you had been able to get your old one back. Welcome Aboard!!!

          He led the Florida Festiva owners chapter convoy up to Madness this year.

            New pics of my Festy duo

            Finally shot pics of my two Festivas. The bright red is my 90 L Plus 204k and the dark red is the 88 LX 5 spd with 187K most recently rescued from a rural field here in Jacksonville. Both have good bodies with zero rust and interiors are for the most part intact and run great. There are some more pics at my profile album.

                      The dark red one would be a twin to the 88 I had. Kick myself for letting my sister and ex-BIL talk me into selling it. Loved the carb and 4 speed combo.. to me the quickest Festiva I've had.
