Something that makes a Good day bad

Well I was having a great day when I go to leave. I walk out to my car and just as im about to unlock the door I notice some new dents on the front fender, driver door, and rear around my gas tank on my car :angry1:. The funny thing was that these dents look like a dent that is made by a hammer. So I figure that someone in my house had done it because the dents where no bigger than a silver dollar, and if someone was out to really destroy my car they wouldnt just put little dents in it. I knew who had done it. So I didnt do much about but talk to my mother and got a little revenge :laughing4::laughing4:. Untill a few days later I was doing a walk around and noticed some more really small dents above my passenger door all the way to the back hatch. The dents had a pattern to then all in one line and the same depth. So then it was on because I know who had done it and i got a little more revenge, And the person who done it came out and told me that they done it because i confronted him. Well i figured all of the dent making would have stopped and then once again there was three more dents on the driver side and it looked like someone tried to pry my door open and it was the same person doing it. So I made him buy me some body filler and paint and took an extra $50 for all the work i shouldnt have to do.

Think I'd be taking that hammer and making a few dents in the person making dents in my Stiva. But that's just me. :twisted:

Yeah? He would honestly be paying for a new paint job if he did that to one of my cars..............

Well he is 15 and im 18....I got my revenge on his set of wheels which was a bicycle it looked like a v when I was done.....there where no useable parts....and the second time I broke all of his fishing poles which im not proud of either time but I figured I really could have done worse to him like you all said...im not going to lie I thought about taking a hammer to his fingers so he couldnt hold a hammer any more but my mom reminded me about the age difference....the third time I just kinda gave up on my festiva and im realizing that it might just have to be a beater car because I have no idea how to even try body work of any kind....but I figured I would make him buy me body filler, some primer and give me $50 dollars anyway.....but I really think that will be used for my other car im trying to restore.

It's not a smart idea to post how you vandalized his bike and fishing poles online... Even if he started it. Especially since you're 18 and can be held accountable for your actions.

You should've reported it to the police and had them handle it.

$50 thats it!!! that kind of damage is way more than $50 to repair!! i would have raised hell if someone did that to me!!

I know it isnt smart but i figured that no one on here would report it so i wasnt worried about it and thats all he had so i couldnt take any more than what he had on him....

I would have waited til he had more money, talked to his parents or taken my car to a body shop for a quote and sued him for the amount of a body shop fixing it, call the cops get him charged for vandalism etc. there's no way i would have accepted $50 for compensation

The bad thing is that he is my younger cousin that my mother adopted around 9 years ago so its hard to take any legal actions toward him so thats why I just got my revenge on him by messing with his things....

Legal actions would help, they would put his sorry ass in juvenile (which sucks) I'd make sure he paid dearly. Me personally I'd make it to he could never ride a bike or anything else ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd end up in jail, but he'd be dead or close enough to realize not to touch another man's car.

A whack a dent thats how I'd deal with it - but since hes 15 I'd be sitting in jail for child abuse - seriously I'd get the legal gardian involved (this sounds like your mother) go get a quote on the repairs from a body shop - then make him work off the debt. you can legaly hold a job at 15 and I'm sure theres plenty of short work he can do for people to make some money.

Edit: if he gets an allowance get it held untill the repairs are paid off
