This kid obviously has issues if he's going around destroying property; talk to him and see what's going on. This will probably make the denting stop, and then he'll be on your side because you tried to help him. This kind of thing can escalate to bigger damage if not caught early; just like people who end up being serial murderers start on animals first. Sick but true.

I am sure there is more to this story....sounds to me that they live under the same roof and are like brothers. Either way.....if it was a sibling of mine....I would be an only child by the end of the night if my mother was not going to do something about it....and that is after the first time let alone the other occurrences.

yeah he lives with me.....I have thought about all the stuff you guys said but my mother stopped me before I could get into trouble...anyway he is hopefully done denting my car and Thats as far as it goes..... his reasons that he dented my car was that i made him mad during one of our brotherly arguments since he has lived with me for around 9 years hes is more like a brother than cousin....yeah the legal gardian is my mother so cant go anywhere with this situation...but its done and over i just hope it doesnt happen anymore

Well another update i was doing a walk around of my car seen new dents on the hood so i called the cops...but when they got here they basically told me that if i pressed charges against him that it would cost my mom for all the court fees and everything...so legal actions didnt work on this one but they told him that he could report domestic violence on me if i even make him think i would hurt him so it only made it worse...i figured out why he hit my car the first couple of times...the first time was because i took my cologne out of the bathroom that he was using.....which the cologne was super old brut that i use to have when i was younger but he was taking a bath in the stuff and you could taste it because it was so strong....the second time my he was with me at the house and he was running his mouth and i made him go to his room.....then after that he said he didnt know....which is total bs but in the taking legal action department it only hurt me so know he knows that they will "remove" me from the house if he calls the cops on me

I have tried that it didnt work maybe i should have put double the recommend amount....but im still trying to overlook the new found body work and still update and modify my festiva love the little car... just need to do performance and not style for now

use Ex-Lax and powdered fiber in the brownie mix. Makes for a wonder time! I've also been known to grind up No-Doze and Levitra or Viagra, and drop it into a soda...

Go with whoever said to make him pay off the damage. That or convince your mother to let him rot in juvy. By this point, I would have pounded the kid so hard he would never touch anyone's property again as well.

There are also ways of beating him without leaving marks.. but mind games work the best. Put the cologne back, but replace the cologne with something like deer or bear scent. Replace his shampoo with Nair. Replace his toothpaste (difficult to do) with Bengay. Things like this.

He would be walking arround with both hands and arms in casts because they would be broken and if he got me locked up he would have the understanding that it would be worse when i got out!! After all they cant keep you locked up forever, and here as long as it isn't a woman you are hitting they keep you 24 hours then your free. there is $175.00 fine with the 24 hours but sometimes it is worth it, and this sounds like it would be worth it to me.
