  • New House mean New Garage!!

Finally Found a house around me that has a big enough garage...down here it's hard to find property where you can put a detached garage or even add on garages for that matter... and that along with the biggest driveway eva! well at least around here anyways... now I can actually work on my cars!

I got 4 Festiva's as it stands...as long as the owners sign Monday..which they should cause I accepted their counter off, I got it for the low price of only 75k, it also has .65 of an acre and the nearest neighbors are pretty far away from me so they won't hear loud music and such =)

I have to move out of the North East. That house around here would be an absolute bargain at $250 - 300K

Details details! How many bedrooms/baths? How many sq. ft.? Is the garage really bigger than the house or is that an illusion?

3 bed, 2 bath, 1,554 square feet, one thing that I really love about the house...besides the huge garage of course, is that one of the bathrooms connects to the garage and then into the house so you don't have to trample through the house all greasy and whatnot....the driveway itself measures 60x40 so maybe a small auto x track, lol.

Very nice. Good time to buy a house if you have the means. With property values and interest rates down.
