Yeah I'm renting a 2 car garage split version myself....there's a killer hill for a driveway so that sucks big time...so when I saw this...regardless of the rest of the house, i had to have it :p

Awesome! And hard to beat for that price. I'm looking to add at least a 2 (and most likely 3) car garage out back of my place. There's a slab there from when an old garage stood, but it fell years ago. I'd like to add a 2nd story to have "my room", since Amber stole the rest of the house for herself. :-P
