so i've joined a Volvo forum this past week after buying my new wagon. they fon't seem to be as quick or quite as knowledgeable as some of the guys here but ALL volvos aren't the same as most Festivas.

also i'm selling most of my festie stuff. marinepolice, and ogerstiva have gotten most of my stash. i might even sell the Cubstiva if someone was to offer me the right amount of money. new job, new car, new chapter in my life. i'll still be around because of i have festivaitis, but i'll prolly spend less time here.

which forum did you join? It is broken down like this..

all RWD volvos use www.turbobricks.com , FWD and AWD up to 2002 use www.volvospeed.com, and any thing after 2002 (but mainly 04'+ S/V 60/70 R's) use www.swedespeed.com

i joined volvoforum.com or something close to that i registered as "thatcubsguy". might check out volvospeed.com.

this is so true on most sites. i am on a number of automotive forums and most people are either total buttheads, or dont know anything about what you have. ff.com will remain the friendliest and most knowledgeable site in my humble opinion.

sorry to hear about the volvo purchase lol. I work at a euro import shop, and the volvos are a real treat. what year/engine is it? keep your oil changed regularly, they like to take a dump quite often if you dont keep up on maint.
