                            woah woah woah, back up.. they noramally charge 524.07 + shipping for a Festiva bumper cover? Who in the world would pay that? It would be cheaper to get one from a junkyard ($35 around here) and get it the entire car painted to match the bumper (can be found for ~$250 during certain times of the year)
