I'm a welder and I do some fab work as well so I thought about trying to fabricate one out of sheet metal, but fiberglass or carbon fiber would be a better option due to weight. I was just going to use sheet because that's what I know and work with.

I like the idea! I be willing to volunteer my ride to see how it would look!

lol I am willing to let you borrow my ride also! I have been looking into the widebody look because my rear quarter has some pretty good damage from the previous owner (D-bag). Instead of doing alot of work to get it back to orginial it would be alot cooler just to add a widebody and work from there. If you are working on a widebody fit that is awesome! Either put some pics up on here or pm me.

I saw a Escort Gt type asymetrical grille on a KIA pride or Mazda 121 on ebay UK (I think), would look good on a Festiva- but not sure if the headlights and corner lights were compatible.

Right now I just have the side skirts, I'll take a couple of close up shots as soon as the snow stops here & I'll post them.

I would like to see what other front ends are the same size and retrofit a cool kit on to the front like the Mazda RX7 FC2000 front bumper from RE-Amemiya. Haha. I think Im gonna be silly in MS paint now.

Hit up FestivaWes I know that he either has some or has the ability to get some made. You might have to wait a bit because I believe he does it in groups.

How about some FLARES to fit the Festiva? There are a few of us interested in some flares here as we have big tire/rim combos. I'm thinking the kind that have the fake bolts heads molded into them.
Anybody else that would like these, speak up, and maybe we can get 'em made if there are enough of us!

With bigger tires I would personally like a widebody kit instead of flares but that is my own opinion.
