  • I feel I did a good deed

I had an appointment with a Urologist this past Wednesday in Statesboro (about 30 miles from my house). It was super nice that day. Sunny and in the 70's. So I decided I needed to get the Mustang out and drive it some. So I took the back way up there to hit up some of the curvy roads and let the car stretch out a little bit, ha. I had my lines down going through the corners and came around the last sharp one and see what looks like a Festy on the side of the road. I start slowing down and get closer....its 2 of them! A white one and a red one, both L's. So I pulled over to see if I could help. The guy in the red one said he ran out of gas. So i was like, "Let me guess. Gas gauge doesn't work?". He laughed and said that was it and asked how I knew. I told him I had a white 88 LX. Of course, the one time I actually see another Festy and I'm not in mine. His wife had brought him some gas in the white one, ha. They seemed to be in a hurry, so I didn't get to talk to them much. I told them they should sign up on here though! I still feel like I did a good deed even though I didn't really help with anything, ha.

A festiva on the side of the road is a rare sight. Natually it wasnt broke down, just an owners mistake.
