eh its typical, but as many know it some times take a thick skin to drive a festiva, and those who laugh will never know the joy of throwing your change in the gas tank and being able to drive the whole night! its people like that where ill just laugh with them and say yeah one day i wish i could get a mach1 want to race for a $100? spot my slow econo box out 20 cars...he'll laugh and jsut be like i just want to see that mach1 run, then you take that guys 100 from him and say your one step closer to getting that mach1 lol. i look forward to getting my car done and taken some money and hopefully being able to pedal the car, as to be able to get a few cars

Exactly - Anyone can go buy a fast car an put readily avalible parts on it to make it go faster - it takes real tallent to make a slow car go fast with out the aftermarket base for "upgrade parts" - I think thats kinda why I like the Festy so much - because its as close as I will get to the eairly hot rod days when they were pulling turbos off of tractors and air boxes off of detroits - Anyone can build a hot rod with "kit parts and application specific add-ons"
