i bought a miata

long story short, i only paid $1000 for this.
guy bought it in sept.
he never looked in trunk or glove box while he had it.
brought it home, and while cleaning it out, i found a package
in glove box with warrenty info wrote on it.
opened it up to find that a motor(1.6dohc) with 83,000 miles was installed
along with a ton of other new parts.
reciept total was $2590.00!
car had 156,000 when motor was installed.
now it has 163,000.
it runs and drives and handles awesome.
no ribs or tears or stains on the inside.
paint has some clear coat peal here and there.
it also came with a hard top.
could use some new tires(14x6 rims)
A/C and HEAT work


i know i look silly driving it, but its fun.

You got one helluva deal on that car WITH a hardtop! You could sell the hardtop alone for $800-1000. Wish I could find that kinda deal around here

im always on the miata sites looking for parts for my bpt, at first i didnt like them, to feminent looking no offense. but with a decent body kit i would take one. and v8 swaps are getting pretty popular with them. it would be alot easier for me to build a fast miata then playing with a festiva..... but im in love with a festiva

$1000?!?!? with a hardtop?!?! AND a HD rollbar?! WOW! That's a great looking NA for an insane deal!

Don't listen to what anyone says about the Miata being a girl car, just take them for a ride on some seriously curvy roads and they'll understand. NAs are super fun to toss around and are seriously great looking cars!

im looking around at getting it painted.(there is a place in bham will do it with a 2 year warranty for $349plus tax, only priming and paint, no body work)
