  • D'oh!!

So, the front passenger side bearings on my 89 have been grumbling for a few days, and today they decided I wasn't paying attention, so they upped the volume considerably. Decided to pull that hub from my 90 (which is not road ready just yet) and swap the hubs. Learned a valuable lesson.

If you remove the good hub from the bad car, then remove the bad hub from the good car, and then put the bad hub back on the good car, you get to do it all over again!! Woo-hoo!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

On the plus side, the 89 is now nice and quiet going down the road. :tard:

Can't even argue. :geek: And I figured it out just about the time I was reinstalling the tire to take it for a test drive. I may never find that damn wrench, but something had to be thrown.:p

This is a new award and I suspect it wont be the last time itll be awarded. But batstiva has the honor of being the first recipient.

And I bet D'oh wasnt the first word out of your mouth when you discovered the error.
