  • Ohh great another problem to fix..

While I was driving out on the hwy today cruising at about 65-70 this hissing sound started, it got louder everytime I accelerated, and quieted down when I wasn't. So as soon as I could I pulled into a parking lot, popped the hood, and found that it is blowing air out the headgasket right below where the distributor is.. Great.. now I have to get that problem fixed..

Look on the bright side, it didn't fill the crank case and cylinders full of water. But I know what you mean, just when you get one thing figured out something else creeps up on you. I have that kind of luck too.

I know.. I've only put around 1100 miles on it since I've finished that car.. and the headgasket was replaced before those miles were put on it.
