It's like everything else in the world...everything is somebody's favorite thing in the world. Think of the worst music artist you can think of and there's probably a million people out there who say they're the #1 fan.
Honestly, i didn't expect to find so many Festiva enthusiasts.
There's also a HUGE cult following of the Fox chassis Fairmonts/Zephyrs and LTD/Grand Marquis, especially the wagons. They're basically Mustangs underneath and people mod the hell out of them and leave them stock looking outside....talk about a sleeper. Personally i'd love to have a 4 door Fairmont wagon with a 347 under the hood...i could load up the family and go on vacation in my "fun car".

I just noticed a 323 wagon with a 5-speed in my local craigslist. Powered by a 1.6. It looks decent for its asking price too. Very rare to find wagons of any make w/manual. think KLv6 wagon and a 1.6 for a festiva i don't own yet. Just need to dump my musatng first...1993 GL 5 speed
It's a MazdaFordnKia thing, and you will understand!
