It counts for sure. At the same time you can have a grey area. One would ASSUME a strong running $2500 car can make it a year or two with diligent maintenance far better than many cars in the $1200 range. Festivas aspires and metros are the proven exception. We agree a 1200-1500 aspire or festiva should be in tip top shape with nothing more than cigarette burned seats
