This is what happened. I was working on my other festiva on a heating problem(noted in another thread) and i put my hand on top of the radiator cap to sort of balance me while i was looking at something else and the cap must not have been on tight cause all of a sudden the cap came off scalding my hand and i even had gloves on. It even blew up and hit me in face and i was real lucky it didn't get burned. This happened four days ago and it still hurts.

Long ago, as a teen, I popped that red tab on the center of the cap, but the whole cap came off, and got me!

I got lucky when something like that happened to me, I only had a few small burns. One was on my face though and it left a nice scar.Comment

Kinda reminds me of my car accident...
It hurt like hell!The normal is not always normal... MOST is not ALL... And any job can be hard if you don't have the right tools!!!
