Need replacement window channel

I tore into the drivers side door today to grease the window track, and the plastic window channel material is dry rotted and twisted, which is why the window was hard to move.

Any idea where to get the right replacement window channel material?

Festiva Motorsport carry's them new. I believe there are both sides on Ebay right now.

I got one from a junkyard, but I can't figure out how to put it on without completely dismantling the door.

I didn't get far enough along to figure out how to install it yet. But I guess you would have to dismantle the door...

What kind of shape was the junkyard channel in? Wasn't it dryrotted?

Any tips on reinstalling the interior door panel without screwing it all up? The (cardboard?) material sustrate was already ripping a little when I took it off.
