Whats the meaning of the letters and numbers of the VIN Number? I tried the search botton and came up empty. I looked in the Hayes Manual, and my Owners Manual. I thought one of these Manuals broke down the VIN and explained what each letter and number meant. I know I've seen it somewhere but can't remember where.

I just remembered. The old Chilton Repair Manuals use to provide an explanation and break down of the VIN number.

'92, number 117529 for me, built in Seoul, but says it's an LX, but it's really a GL Sport :S

your car has a different VIN! no seriously, you might want to make sure they all match up
