99 Ford Ranger rear bearings

Has anyone on here replaced theirs ? I know mine are bad,but,haven't checked in to how hard they are to do.Figured I will check with you guys first.I have the Haynes,but,someone here may have done them and have a better way.It is a 99 auto,2wd,standard cab.
