    anyone else find this paint job...a little hard on the eyes?

    i happened on this craigslist ad, and was struck by this rather odd paint scheme. the longer i looked at it, the more it made my head hurt. but maybe that was the idea behind it.

    its listed as a turbo festiva, so if it runs well might still be a decent buy for someone. but man that paint job just isnt for me.

      Completely stock with turbo. Last time I checked no festiva ever had a turbo stock. We need motor shots.

      Has caught the most Festivas on Fire on this board!!

        Yeah pushing 7lbs, this car is completely stock. Silly people. I also don't understand why someone would paint the car and leave the bumper all gray and dull looking.

        By the way, ^^^ That's 99.9% city driving :cool:

            i assumed he meant everything else was stock. but certainly the ad isnt loaded with infor. no one else finds that paint job hideous?

            well to each his own, but thats not the custom paint job id have chosen. funny i was so mesmerized by looking at the hood, i didnt even notice the unpainted bumper.

              I'd need 1250.00 to buy that car. 1200 for the car, and 50 bucks for the paint job. :tard:

                          We had that same pattern on our out house walls LOL. it actually looks like shelving paper.
                          An idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it.

                            I'm all for custom paint, that's just not me... too hard on the eyes and a little to repetitive....

                              the paint doesn't bother me as much as stating the car is stock (carb) with a turbo... i'm calling schenanigans!!!! total BS.
