  • Ha Ha, um No

So, the town a few miles up the road is having their annual 4th of July shindig. Tonight was the parade. I'm in my 89, backed off the edge of the road, watching the parade.

Oh, God the muscle cars. Thought I was going to have to tie on a bib.
67, 68, 69, 70 Chevelles, 69 Elcamino, The General Lee, many old trucks from the 40s and 50s. drooldrooldrool

Anyway, back on topic. As I'm watching, I can kind of hear a little bit of the conversation in the car next to me. It was basically, " Ask him" "I'm not asking him, you ask him" "No, you ask" Finally, the husband leans out of his car, and asks me...Wait for it....

Is that one of them new Fiestas?

Just when that was finally starting to die down, Ford had to go and revive it. :banghead:

At least they didn't say Metro. This past week, 2 different people asked me if my Festy was a Metro.
Festiva: Because even my dog can build a Honda.

Wow, your car must look really nice for them to think it was a NEW Fiesta!

Has anyone seen the Fiesta TV ads? They are quite a production.

Yeah, hope the car lives up to the hype.

Their question kind of blew my mind a bit. I was in the 89, which is the crappiest looking of my dd festivas right now. Half the clear coat is gone, one stripe missing. If it was a 2011 Fiesta, and had already lost that much clear coat, I'd be one pissed off owner.:p

Anytime someone asks me about my "fiesta" I tell them I don't own one  then they correct themselves before I will answer their question

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?
