Do an advanced search on all the threads I started, in the General Discussion section. You will find a bunch of threads on MPG runs. My best B3 runs are 62.5 hwy at 45 MPH, and 50.5 city with hypermiling. The challenge is on!Originally posted by speedoholic View Post

This is entirely plausible. My B6rt got 40.0 on a test run, at a constant 60 MPH. No surprise that 50 - 55 MPH would give you 47 MPG, because of less air/wind resistance. Good for you!

B3 MPG from my B6T!
Just drove this route last night coming from the capri meet. Topped off in Walkerton for 40.7 mpg. Topped off again at home in Fayette... 47.2 mpg!!! Granted it was quite a boring drive, Indiana is easily the most boring state Ive ever been in, and to top it off I did 50-55 the whole way. It was night time and Im paranoid of hitting deer with my festy. Ironically the only one I saw was a doe about 5 miles from home.
I would be slightly skeptical about the MPG seeing as it was only a quarter tank. Small fillups tend to skew MPG calculations, but I would say its entirely possible since I was driving slow for a long period of time.
Oh yeah, this was AFTER I added the rocketchip ecu.
