I kinda like that style porsche, all the new ones look the same it seems like

                  1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
                  1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

hahah ... now if i could find a LS1 and 6 speed for CHEAP i would maybe maybe consider it... but still if i were to do that swap, i'd get a 280z and do it in that.

A 280Z with an LS1 Swap, now that would be fun to drive and a great sleeper.Good luck with the new project.

                              couple more pics:

Got it running, and just need various interior/ exterior parts.. on 944online forum i have some WTB threads...

replaced drivers windshield, replaced shifter and bushing, short shifter kit to go in, other parts coming.... man porsche parts are expensive! and the special tools- yeah.... kind of crazy.. but i'm happy for the $ i got it for.
Keeping the original phone dial wheels on it...
