      anybody want to try to guess the price? ran, but was not driveable, battery dead, clutch pedal had "issues"... lady didn't want to mess with it, and just wanted to get it out of the driveway..let the games begin.. GO!

                      As much fun as this car is to drive, I think i'll sell it while I'm ahead..... its just too expensive for what I'm used to- the festiva!!

                          Ha! What do I win?? The market for these cars is terrible, especially for the pre '86.5 NA model. My friend just sold a very clean and well maintained 1987 944 turbo for $2,500. A year ago it would have sold for $10k easily. I would say that if you can sell it for a very small profit now, do it! 944s have expensive maintenance, like timing belt every 30k with re-tensioning every 15k.
                          Stock 944s feel slow and heavy anyway.

                            cheaper to fix, and they're faster.

                                nice car! i had a friend who had a 944 with ls1 conversion wicked fast & i had a 914 porsche 10 years ago with carb. 350 chevy in it fast but clutch wasnt strong enough for it. good luck with it
