How much do you think a '91 Festiva with about 250,000 miles on it, it smokes, needs a muffler, axles, clutch and has some rust in front of the driver's rear wheel and front of the hood is worth?

No more than 400 I'd say. That's extensive labour to fix all that stuff. Perhaps a good B6/B8 swap candidate with those issues... pop it all in with an F series and axles, and you've already solved every single issue excluding the muffler and rust.1988 Chevy Sprint Turbo 997cc -

my 91 had 163,xxx no rust needed tranny, axles,and just some fuel sytem tlc and i paid 27591L 5 sp, 175k,a/c ,KYB gr2,Fms Lowering springs ,13" konig's ,09 tiburon seats, 7" Pyle in.dash,kicker ds400 all around,Kicker 400.2 powering 2 Kicker cvr 10", 30k hid's, hopeful to find a xr2 to swap b6t from....
