I've noticed how close the old Ford vehicles are to each other anyway, and it seems to me that the Ranger may have some close enough, depending on what year you get. Not a for sure, just a suggestion. In love with a MadScientist!:thumbright:

^ too short and the radius is too sharp as well, there was one truck that was aweful close, but you'd have to extend the top to fit the length of the window frame. not a big issue, because it was a 4 piece set, but still (and i can't remember the model/year)Trees aren't kind to me...
currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),

'92 escort (2-door) is a very close fit. I put a pair on mine, and the bend/radius is very close. I did cut a small slit in each one, to fit in/under the mirror.
Although not a perfect fit, the trade-off of no more wet knees is worth it IMO.
