  • help with car choice

Okay so I have hard choice to make. Okay so my dad is a mechanic and he lives in Newark . So he is asking me what car do I want, because he already gave my brother a aura integra ls turbo 3 years ago. Well now he is giving me a voice between cars. Here are tthey. He said either a rx7 , Mazda protege 1.8 turbo., Honda civic gsr, aura integra type r , or a Mazda miata. The thing. Is which car should I choose, he said tell him by ends of November so he can start building it. Also he said once he gives me the car I cannot change the. Motor to swap another unleashed it blows or stops working. So the Mazda protege looks like I have a thought full decision to make so any ideas. The protege looks nice but will it be fast, is it nice to ride it, and I know that 1.8will go faster in a festival but won't be able o swap it . what suggestions you guys have?

Tell him you want a 90-94 323 with a BP+T if he won't put one in a festiva.

Also have him thrown in a hooked on phonics.

If you cant get anything festiva wise, you should get a 1993 eagle talon tsi. Best bang for the buck IMO. Turbo AWD FTW!

Yea I asked him if I take him my car would he fix it he said no that he would junk it.. even tho he built some guy in Newark a turbo festival , he didn't told me what motor it had he just said that it went fast. But i was gonna get his rotary rx7 but if it gets messed up it would be extremely hard finding parts for it.. so ill look imo he 323 but it has to look nice not the flatbafk once lol once I get the car I choose immaterial use it as a daily driver and start stripping my fetiva

Why is it that every time you try to say Festiva you say either festival of fetiva? LOL
From your posts above I would say get the one that has the smallest/thinnest/easiest-to-read owner's manual.
Joking aside, why don't you get what YOU want? Seems like the choices are very limited there.

I would go with the turbo Protege. They are fast even stock. I ran a 16.0 with my bone stock (non turbo) 92 Protege, even at 170k miles and the original clutch. You can easily get it into the 13's with a turbo. If you tune it well you can get it in the 12's.
